A solution for the problem

Create a more demographic work environment where workers can express their opinions. This is so that the workers will not feel that their job is dead and meaningless. Usually when a person has an opinion that is taken into consideration at work it would make the workers want to come to work because the feel like they are contributing to something. Sometimes with more people contributing to the company’s decisions it can lead to more success and an increase in profits because there would be more people solving a problem instead of just the one person at the top of the hierarchy.
